Every season our mini waffle flavours change! From March 1 to May 28, this is our Spring flavour line-up:

FAQ:
Can I pre-order for same day pickup? This is unfortunately not possible but we always have a good assortment available at each location for regular take-out.
Are the mini waffles the same at each location? Yes, same dough, same glazes, same fillings. BUT, our South Granville location also has vegan mini waffles and seasonal specials (Christmas, Valentine’s, Easter, Halloween, …)
Are your mini waffles made fresh every day? Yes they are! Made fresh daily from scratch. We make our dough daily from fresh, local and natural ingredients only. After a 24h fermentation we bake our mini liège waffles in small batches. And when you pre-order the waffles, each box gets baked to order to guarantee you the freshest waffles possible!
I would like to place a large order, how do I proceed? For orders over 100 mini waffles we recommend placing the order from our South Granville location. This location also houses our production team and is setup to handle large orders from 100 to 1000 waffles (and more!)
Do you deliver your mini waffles? Orders over $300 include free delivery in the downtown Vancouver core. Please send us a quick email so we can confirm your location is included in our delivery radius.
What is the earliest we can pick up mini waffles? Our South Granville location offers pickup as early as 8am!
How long can we keep your mini waffles? As if they would last longer than a few minutes! Kidding aside, our mini waffles are best enjoyed fresh but can be kept for up to 3 days. Filled mini waffles (vanille custard, churro) have to be kept refrigerated if not eaten the same day.
Can I warm up the mini waffles? Our mini waffles are delectable pastries that are meant to be eaten as is. However, the original mini waffles – without glaze or filling – is great when popped in the toaster for a few minutes (medium setting).
Do you have vegan mini waffles? We do! Our South Granville location bakes vegan mini waffles daily. We make a blueberry lemon mini waffle as well as an original vegan mini waffle. Made with 100% plant based ingredients and baked in a dedicated vegan waffle iron!
Do you have gluten free mini waffles? Unfortunately we don’t. Even if we could technically make a gluten free waffle dough, the amount of flour particles in the air would cause definite cross contamination. In order to make a fully gluten free waffle we would need a separate kitchen, which we currently do not have.
Do you offer discounts for large orders? Our discounts are built into the pricing of our boxes. While in store each mini waffle sells for $3.90, you pay only $3.4 when ordering a box of 7 and $3.2 when ordering a box of 21.

we love this fall flavour! we glaze an original mini waffle in a natural raspberry glaze and top it with crushed freeze dried raspberries.

in Belgium we call it speculoos! An authentic spiced cookie that also became a popular spread. We did a waffle in biscoff glaze and top it with a full cookie!

back by popular demand! and just in time for the fall season. we fill a mini waffle with a dulce de leche custard and then toss the waffle in cinnamon sugar.
